Drop a pin on your exact location. Get a permanent link like pinlo.pk/hasan. Share it with every courier — no more phone calls, no more confusion.
In Pakistan, most homes don't have a proper street address. Every delivery starts with a phone call: "Which gali? Near which mosque? Blue gate or green gate?"
Riders waste time, orders get delayed, and you repeat the same directions over and over — for every courier, every platform, every order.
Pinlo fixes this. Drop a pin once. Get a permanent, memorable link like pinlo.pk/hasan. Add delivery notes, share at checkout, paste in WhatsApp, or print the QR code on your door. Every rider gets turn-by-turn navigation — no calls, no confusion.
240 million people. $7.7B in e-commerce. 60% of homes without a proper address. Pinlo is building the location identity layer — powered by the riders who know the streets best.
Pakistan's e-commerce market is growing at 17% annually, but last-mile delivery remains broken. Most homes lack a formal street address — every delivery starts with a phone call. Riders waste 10–15 minutes per order just finding the location.
Pinlo fixes this. One permanent, shareable link per location — like pinlo.pk/hasan. Drop a pin once, share it with every courier, forever. No app needed. No repeated directions. Just navigation.

240 million people. $7.7B in e-commerce. 60% of homes without a proper address. Pinlo is building the location identity layer — powered by the riders who know the streets best.
Pakistan's e-commerce market is growing at 17% annually, projected to exceed $20B by 2029. But last-mile delivery remains the industry's biggest bottleneck. Most homes lack a formal street address — every delivery starts with a phone call.
Riders waste 10–15 minutes per order just locating the customer. Return-to-origin rates in Pakistan are among the highest in South Asia. This costs the industry millions in failed deliveries, rider overtime, and customer churn.
Existing solutions like Google Maps pins are temporary, unbranded, and can't carry contextual data like delivery notes or floor numbers. There's no persistent addressing layer for the last mile.
Pinlo assigns every location a permanent, shareable link — like pinlo.pk/hasan. Users drop a pin once, add delivery context (floor, gate color, notes), and share a single link that works across every platform, every courier, forever.
Each pin includes a scannable QR code for physical placement. The link opens Google Maps with one-tap navigation. No app download required for senders or riders. Zero friction, instant adoption.
Pinlo isn't just a consumer tool — it's location infrastructure for the logistics industry. Courier companies create thousands of delivery pins daily. That knowledge currently dies after each trip. Pinlo captures it and turns it into a permanent, reusable addressing layer.
We offer three deployment models for courier companies and logistics platforms:
Pakistan has an estimated 2 million+ delivery riders. Every rider already finds the exact location during delivery — navigating unnamed streets, calling customers, memorizing landmarks. That local knowledge is priceless. Today, it's lost after every trip.
With Pinlo, riders become Address Agents. After completing a delivery, a rider drops a pin. The consignee receives a verification link — they confirm or adjust the exact location, and the pin becomes permanently owner-verified. The rider earns a micro-payment every time their verified pin is used for navigation. The consignee gets a free Pinlo link for all future deliveries — without lifting a finger.
Every pin in the database is confirmed by the person who actually lives or works there. No algorithms, no guesswork. One delivery creates two engaged users and one verified address. The more riders participate, the more complete the national address map becomes.
Every pin in Pinlo's shared database must be verified by the owner/consignee — the person who lives or works at that location. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Rider drops a pin after delivery (must be within 50m GPS radius).
Step 2: Pinlo sends a verification link to the consignee via WhatsApp or SMS.
Step 3: Consignee confirms the pin location or drags it to the exact spot.
Step 4: Pin goes live in the shared database. Rider earns micro-payments on every future navigation.
Pins that go unverified after 7 days remain in the database with a low confidence score. Disputed pins are removed and repeated disputes lead to rider bans. The result is a self-correcting, ever-improving address database built by the people who know every street.
Every pin has a confidence score (0–100) that determines its visibility, trustworthiness, and payout rate:
90–100 (Gold): Full visibility, priority in search, 100% rider payout. Achieved by owner-adjusted pins with successful navigations.
70–89 (Verified): Full visibility, 100% payout. Owner confirmed as-is.
40–69 (Low Confidence): Visible with warning badge, 50% payout. Needs more verification signals.
1–39 (Unverified): Shown only if no better pin nearby. No payout.
0 (Disputed): Hidden from database entirely.
Pinlo plugs directly into any e-commerce checkout, mobile app, or ordering platform. One API call resolves the entire last-mile addressing problem — like Stripe, but for addresses.
How it works for the customer: At checkout, they either paste their Pinlo link or drop a pin on an embedded map. Either way, the store gets exact coordinates + context. The customer never has to explain directions again — on any platform, ever.
How it works for the platform: A single API integration replaces address forms, phone-based coordination, and manual location sharing. Failed deliveries drop. RTO rates drop. Customer satisfaction goes up. Every order makes the database smarter.
Supported integrations: REST API, Shopify plugin, WooCommerce plugin, React Native SDK, Flutter SDK. Embed a pin-drop widget or use headless API calls — whatever fits your stack.
Consumers: Free forever. 1 pin, permanent link, QR code, delivery notes. Zero friction onboarding.
Businesses: Monthly subscription. Multiple pins, branded QR codes, analytics dashboard, priority support.
Courier API: Pay per pin created or per navigation served. Volume discounts at scale. Private database access at a flat monthly rate.
E-Commerce & App API: Pay per pin resolved or created at checkout. Flat monthly base + per-transaction fee. Shopify/WooCommerce plugins free with API subscription. Custom SDK licensing for mobile apps.
Rider payouts: Funded by API usage fees. When a courier or e-commerce platform resolves a crowdsourced pin, a fraction of the fee goes to the rider who created it.
E-commerce inflection point. Pakistan's online retail grew 176% in five years ($1.7B → $7.7B). Merchant registrations jumped 427% between 2019–2023. Mobile commerce drives 80%+ of transactions.
Gig economy is massive. Pakistan has 2M+ delivery riders across dozens of platforms — and growing. These riders are the perfect crowdsourced mapping workforce, already on the streets, already finding hard-to-reach addresses daily.
Digital payments tipping. Over 60% of Pakistan's population is now banked. JazzCash and Easypaisa are normalizing micro-payments — making per-pin rider payouts feasible at scale.
No incumbent. There is no addressing standard for Pakistan's last mile. Google Maps doesn't solve it. Plus Code never gained adoption. The infrastructure layer is wide open.
